I can't believe that this ball by Midge to Cook at Adelaide in 2013 didn't rate a mention in the top 20. Very similar to Rhino's. Here's a Youtube clip that compares the 2.

Alistair Cook would have to consider himself very unlucky to get two such brilliant balls in consecutive Tests (Johnson 1st innings, 2nd Test, Adelaide 2013; Harris 2nd innings, 3rd Test, Perth, 2013).
