Remember some guys kicking over a few floor boards and finding a large chunk of a small country's treasury. Unfortch the only unliberated booze in town was surgical spirits from a red cross clinic. Whilst waiting for the rest of the troops to arrive got blind (literally) and said spirits went up along with the loot and themselves, which at least was probably quicker than their fate had they survived. I think people in the third world could really benefit from some militant O,H&S regimes.
