Don't know what the criteria are for emerging player. He did make his international debut some years back.

Of course, the ICC is to blame for allowing the 15 year Test career of Chuck. Kiddy coaches now believe they can get away with murder. The Paksters have 2 or 3 chuckers in their ranks at the moment.
