He is clearly out of town somewhere. He was bitching about the difficulties of posting from his phone on his last visit.

Re: Where is Mudge?
I'm here. For a time (At my parent's place for one night only, as my Mum is a candidate in tomorrow's local council elections and I'm helping out). I've moved to a new apartment in Sydney, and the f*cking Telco that is meant to be hooking up my internet has been a f*cking disgrace and the connection and account that should have been activated this Monday now wont be activated until next Monday.
I haven't seen such incompetence since Ricky Ponting's last test as captain.
Have I missed anything?

Did we ever find out if Trev's Mum won the election?

Yeah, she walked it in. Was Mayor for two years. Stood down last year as she was sick of all the squabbling, and being one of only a few good people on the council (ie not a corrupt, bullying developer trying to serve their own self interest)

Vineyard.
TBH, I'm surprised he hasn't melted into plastic cheese since Ian Ronald Bell has dispersed into the insignificance of nobody at all missing him.
Apart from me, who thinks that Gary Ballance is so dogshit that the ginger ratface would be a welcome replacement.
Re: Where is Mudge?
I just noticed in another tab that we've lost another wicket, and sure enough on checking, it's Balance gone for 4.
Interesting to see that after 10 tests his average was 67, but TBH he's never looked remotely like such a class batsman. In this, his 23rd test that average was down to 38 after the first innings, and that's higher than it should be.
So yes, bring back the Belfard. His bollocks may be matltesers, but at least he does have a pair.

Re: Where is Mudge?
If Belf had some half decent county form he would surely be back in, given that nobody tried since he was dropped (Compton, Vince, Duckett, Ballance...) has proved remotely up to the task.
Unfortunately he seems to have long since admitted defeat in terms of his England career, content to captain his county and average in the 30s.

Hmmnn....where is Mudge? ... Where is Belfard, the once future of Pomgolia? Bring them back.
More importantly where is Mon. Fromage?
There are strange photobucket ads all over the Forum pages.

Re: Where is Mudge?
Doubt they'd go back to my hero I Ron ever again. They'd see it as a backward step. Which it is, really. You've got to question whether we should have such a stolid top three, combined with a slightly frenetic 5-7. Plus Liam Dawson. Plus Broad 3.0.

Re: Where is Mudge?
Hello all
It seems Photobucket has instigated a image hotlink fee without announcing it:
"Photobucket, one of the internet’s most longstanding image repositories, recently shocked its users by quietly changing its terms of service without announcing that it would begin charging $400 per year to allow users to hotlink their images, preventing people from easily embedding the images they’ve uploaded to Photobucket on other websites. Though the term is nearly archaic now, in earlier internet times, when images were big and server load capacity was small, hotlinking was a big deal; Photobucket was among the crucial free web storage systems that allowed you to freely upload and share images wherever you liked."
$400 is out of this humble admin's reach. I will have to investigate other free image hosting sites, if there are any.
In the meantime, I'm sorry, but you'll have to tolerate the ugly Photobucket error message.
Regards
Fromage
