Collapso cricket. Gary put the mockers on them.
Well, I thought all the talk of declaration targets were a bit optimistic.
Now we'll see how much fight this side has got. An extra 30 or 40 runs from their rabbit tail'enders could really prove crucial. Will they fancy getting in line behind Steyn and Nel's fast bowling tomorrow morning?

Whereas I though they were far too defensive against Harris in particular (the top order, that is)
I'd still rather be in WI position, i'd take a 360 lead on last innings everytime at the toss.

It wouldn't be a test match without our customary pathetic 2nd innings batting performance.
Thank God the lead was so big and the pitch is deteriorating to the extent that we are clear favorites (something I never thought I would be saying).
SA must be worried about some of those Steyn deliveries rearing up from back of a length. Even Gayle could bowl quite well on this pitch as it is turning now as well.

Good thing the Windies didn't pick that rubbish batsman Daren Ganga. Then they'd really have been in trouble.

Yes, Ganga's twin centuries in this match have really put to shame those batsmen who consistently fail to capitalise on good starts.

I really wanna know What Daren Ganga thinks about The Windies collapse. If he had been playing he'd have anchored the innings after the opening difficult 10 overs or so and then lifted them to over 500.

Samuels is playing like he should. Extremely talented but no application.

No-one reckons he's Gordon Greenidge. He's in the team to do a job, and barring his period as captain in England, he's done that job very solidly for 2 years now. Sooner or later some folk should start giving him some credit.

They might fall just short, leaving it open for Kallis to win the match for SA.

Yep, he reminds me of Ramps. About the same test average as well.

SA's batting lineup is very fragile, imo. Windies are still clear favourites.

Hope Powell can do a Dravid and run WIs to 180 or so, slowly leaving SA not enough time. Draw or WIs win.

West Indies should win this easily. Their batting is unconvincing in the second innings but they set it up in the first when they applied themselves against some wasteful SA bowling. Steyn look much better in the second. SA's batting is arguably the worst in world cricket outside of the kiwis.

They should look to bat as long as they possibly can.

Why don't they appoint Gayle as full time captain of both the test and ODI teams? The players seem to respond to him.

Windies all out for 175. Saffies need 389 to win. A tough ask but plenty of time left.
