de Villiers out of CL with back injury

Doesn't seem to be smart to have him keeping and batting. He will be monitored ahead of the Aussie tour. His batting may have been affected in recent times by keeping as well in a range of formats. Will be a problem for SA because if they play the ageing keeper who can't bat they will be weakened but AB keeping also weakens them. He has lower back and ankle niggles.
