Big Bash Thread
Not a great night for Warney, I see. Aaron Finch smashed a ton. Get him in the Aussie test side....

Jeez Trev, on current form, your boys will absolutely smash us in the Ashes. Are you trying to make it even more one sided? Finch is a Vomit version of Warner, and about as consistent.

Yeah, I saw a glimpse on Foxy highlights. So the stumps light up when hit, do they?? Gimmick Cricket at it's best.

Confirming - Zings Stumps
[Includes video]
"The KFC T20 Big Bash League is set to get even more colourful this season with the introduction of a world first - stumps that light up when the bails are dislodged.
Zings Stumps, which is a joint venture between Fox Sports and Cricket Australia, will be in use in every BBL game this summer, starting with Friday's Melbourne derby.

Festive.

I will laugh if the Sixers go down to the Thunder. Thunder's batting lineup (on paper) looks worse than the Renegades, although they gave the Stars a touch-up last night.

Usually makes a decent test side shit, but we don't get bogged down by trivial matters compared to the super shaggery coke parties post match.skully wrote:What does it do, t?

Tongue in cheek after some Aussie forummers a couple of weeks ago suggested Finch was "in form" and worth a run in the test side, despite having trouble getting a Shield game for Victoria.

Yes, I got your drift, but my comments re: the relevant form of our two sides is valid. Ashes 2013 looks very good for England.

Lordy, who are half these Thunder players? Lockyear, Carters, Tremain, Sandhu. Never heard of 'em. And they are getting butt-farked by the other Sydney side. Currently 5-98 after 16. Back to the real cricket.

Re: Big Bash Thread
No wonder I've never heard of 'em, but thanks anyway, Nath.
Thunder scratched up 143 in the end which was better than they looked like getting.
How much of a tard does Steve Smith look running around in those boxy Sixers cap skewed to the side?

Re: Big Bash Thread
Only 15,000 showed up to the SCG last night when many of the marketers were predicting a sell out. I'd imagine no Chris Gayle for the Thunder cost them about 10,000 bums on seats.
