It should be a no ball if the bowler doesn't release the ball once he's in his delivery stride.
Dinda waited to see what shot Morgan was planning on playing before aborting, having a rethink with his captain and a tinker with the field. How can that be in the spirit of cricket? Even taking into account that it's T20 cricket.
