India v Pakistan, 3rd ODI, Delhi, 6 January, 2013
Will the Shed be full of Jam again? Will June be riddled with Aids? Will Emma play for another draw?
These and other tantalising questions to be answered when the clown train chugs into Delhi.

3-0
Been loving Shrikkanth's punditry. When he was selector, he said nothing was wrong with the team, India was unlucky. Now he says the team's crap, Dhoni should be sacked. He is ace.

Released from the BCCI's shackles. Dhoni will probably walk into their office with a bomb strapped to his chest when he is dropped/retires.

Going on the theory that the BCCI gags anyone who works in or around the Indian cricket team and that those people reveal all once released from the BCCI shackles, Dhoni with his mono-tone press conferences revealing nothing, bottled up, baggage etc.....
Not a great joke, but a joke.

Re: India v Pakistan, 3rd ODI, Delhi, 6 January, 2013
In respect to unfinished business over Mumbai terror attacks and my resolve to not follow or support this current farce of political friendship and a show of Indian Prime Minster's lack of spine, I am off this series.
But since India is losing series after series for a while now, this photo I found online I am posting. Laughed loud seeing it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Its nice the chickens have come home to roost early for the fat bastard arrogant BCCI. I was almost rooting for a home defeat after they smugly said post overseas whitewashes that we would win at home and get revenge:

Maximum of 11 degrees today in Delhi. That's colder than anything England will throw up between June and August. Even Manchester limps to 15.

Another whitewash. Never mind they will get revenge at home.

They drew with England in the T20 series as well, so they're fine.
Re: India v Pakistan, 3rd ODI, Delhi, 6 January, 2013

Most of them didn't seem pingy today, for some reason.
Re: India v Pakistan, 3rd ODI, Delhi, 6 January, 2013
I like Kumar. He's not the quickest, but he has a bit of nip - it's his pace off the wicket that's impressive. Really skids on. Get him in the Test team.
Re: India v Pakistan, 3rd ODI, Delhi, 6 January, 2013
Give him 18 months and he'll be complete wank.

No I haven't. He's an Indian fast bowler. It's traditional to lose pace and become a lazy fat slob after a year and a half of IPL-ing.

Both Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Shami have been good today.

Evidence that Sehwag's habitual laziness and carefree approach is infectious in this Indian team. He gets left out, and suddenly they're fielding like tigers. Rahane, Kohli, and Raina make a formidable fielding trio. And there's Tiwary in the wings, who is also an exceptional fielder.

And I see Sehwag has now been dropped from the squad for the England series. Pujara comes in.
