Looks like the Fork is run out.
Oh dear, Thomas has broken the stumps with his feet. Fundamental errors at international level. Sad.

No matter how badly the Aussies start, the Windies in the field don't seem to be good enough to restrict them. The keeper keeps making schoolboy errors and they managed to drop Voges before he was twenty. Sammy has been a bit of a repeat culprit at slip over the last year or so.

Pie shells another one at 2nd slip, easy as you please. At least he can catch. Powell gone off Midge.

Looks like Pie is set to be the new 'specialist fielder'
Re: Australia v West Indies, 5th ODI, Melbourne, 10 February, 2013
You can see why the Windies are so good at T20 cricket- They are excellent for the first 20 overs of the innings before they completely lose focus and let the opposition off the hook. They do it again and again.

Maybe they could approach the Essendon Doc for some ADD jabs.

Pie lets a tough one slip through his fingers.

Weird. There was a hot spot from both angles yet Llong says "not enough evidence".

Needed Asad Rauf in the box. He seems to go by the theory "close enough is good enough."

Inside edge but may have brushed the front pad first, but given not out. JC dodges another bullet.

Not sure why that was overturned. Wasn't a howler and probably did brush pad first.

Carters is rubbish, with or without the gloves. Apparently we don't have any standards for sub fielders

You're talking about a 3rd Umpire who missed two clear hot spots (from each angle) in giving Charles not out caught behind earlier. Llong is incompetent.JGK wrote:skully wrote:Inside edge but may have brushed the front pad first, but given not out. JC dodges another bullet.
