They tried it a few billion years ago. Would be a backward step.

It makes no difference to me - I'm usually watching faces getting slapped with cocks around that time, anyway.

Not really. Cocks on faces is usually a pleasurable thing. This is like watching a work-related sexual harassment video.

Doubt there's one Australian left on here who'd want us to be a big melting pot of coffee coloured people. I cringe daily reading some of posts this place.
At the day we are human beings living a bit of rock hurtling through a massive universe.

Whoa... what's happened? Has there been a mass leak of ecstasy in the water?
Re: Should all the world's landmass be shoved together into one continent?
Australia had a proud record after the Vietnam War in accepting 1000s of refugees on a humanitarian grounds...this was led by a conservative govt and there was a bipartisan position taken...
of course there has always been racism in this country...ask any Aboriginal person for starters...however once the White Australia policy was jettisoned in the 60s there was a period of bipartsian support for multiculturalism and generosity both in aid and refugee programs...unforch there was a large underbelly of red neckery that was not openly tackled...it should have been
Hanson and then Howard legitimated that voice and encouraged its expression...bipartisan approaches broke down in the mid to late 90s as first the liberal party and now the labor party courted the red necked vote
