Yeah, I mean, they said straight after the T20 match was scheduled last year that they'd return to a Boxing Day Test. So, getting on for 18 months out of date.

Two warm up matches before the tests. That is good. May avoid one innings defeat atleast.

Not to mention an Indian A tour prior to the series where about five likely test players have been picked. India might actually have some decent preparation for once.
