He'd be better than any of the current lot.

But don't let him near the treasury. I read somewhere he's so bad with money that his wife has to give him pocket money otherwise he just spends it all!

Actually, I think Clarkson is the least popular. Women love Richard, guys like James (well at least his dry humour) and kids love the Stig.
