FFS, these umpires are so shit. They ask for the reply on the no ball when the bowler's front foot is well back, then don't even ask at all when Johnson actually oversteps on a wicket ball. Complete incompetence.

Honestly, following on would be the best thing for England right now. Aus are more than capable of a similar collapse, and a chastened England could still chase 320 on what is a blameless pitch.
