Ollie Rayner. Yes, that's the one. The baseball pitcher.
So that's Kerrigan, Overton and Willey who have all been injured this winter by England's player development programme.
Ollie Rayner. Deary me. If that doesn't confirm that there's nothing but dust in the spin cupboard...
He got the most CC wickets in 2013?
Biffs the crap out of it mind, last time I saw him bowl!

Re: Finn "not selectable"
It all goes back to the fact they tried to change Finns run up and action, that caused him to hit the stumps, they tried to change that, and basically turned him into mush mentally!
And now they busted our younger quicks in the Lions squads.
These 'technocrat' coaches really can break years of hard work and muscle memory quicker than a 2 year old with a plastic toy!

Re: Finn "not selectable"
Anyway, fear not: Finn will be working with Kevin Shine...........he might as well retire now.
Alternatively, he could grow a pair and tell all the bowling coaches forming an orderly queue outside his house to just ****** off.

Perhaps he should ask Mitch Johnson for some advice. Rarely have I seen anyone so FUBAR return to utility; so whatever he did - whether it was with the help of McDermott or Lillee, or through simply telling all coaches to eff off - might also help Finn.
Grow a mo?

No. Finn's bowling action is obviously on such a microscopically thin knife edge between relative competence and abject spacktitutde that even the slightest bit of extra weight to his front lip could throw him wildly off balance.
He'll start running into the umpires. Or follow through straight into the crowd. Or he won't be able to lift one leg off the ground and have to drag it all the way to the crease like Quasimodo.
Oh, the humanity.

Maybe he could turn to offspin and kill two birds with one rock.

Then he could get a starter pack from his predecessor, and play as Steam Fwann.

Re: Finn "not selectable"
If he wore a false chin, maybe nobody would recognise him, so he'd avoid the stumps (at his end).

Re: Finn "not selectable"
Or put on a bit of poundage, develop his batting to a devastating degree, and call himself (the dreaded) Jacques Finn.
