Very strangely, Beer batted at 3 in each of WA's innings.

Inability of Tozzies and Bangers to bat until stumps
Beer knows that even if he took all 20 wickets in the game that Agar will replace him next time
I reckon he might (should) move states again

Aye, Agar should be there. Batting at 6, probably.
WHich state would Beer get a game with, though?

Agar should bat at 9 ...and know he is a bowler
Beer could get a game anywhere ...I'm happy for him to stay a wozzie but I think Agar is marked as a 'must play'* by CA
*when he isnt suspended

anyway - NSW and especially the Sozzies may have cemented their places in the final by the end of this round. The winner of the Tas v WA game may still have an outside chance of qualification.

Coming down the wire. Qld look like holding on (30 overs left, 6 wickets in hand) and Wozzies look like winning but till have 110 runs to get with 7 wickets.

At the risk on incurring WW's wrath for eternity - this looks like being one of the great Shield chases ever by the Billies.
57 off 20 overs with 5 wickets left.

Ha Ha Ha
Brilliant tactics by Queensland to win the match. After SA made 403 in the first innings, Qld realised that if they aimed for the the first innings points, there may not be enough time left to collect the outright win. So they devised a cunning plan & deliberated allowed themselves to be bowled out for 135. SA then thought that they were in the box seat & set Qld 471, not knowing that it was going to be a walk in the park for the classy Bulls batsmen against the crappy barrel attack.
It is the oldest trick in the book & SA were sucked in good & proper.
Second highest chase in Shield history, apparently. I guess the highest was when SA chased down about 500 after Mocca declared but that was on the Adelaide road.

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2013/14 (II)
Young spinner Ashton Agar will tomorrow return to Western Australia’s Bupa Sheffield Shield side in the crucial clash against top-placed New South Wales at the WACA Ground.
Agar was unavailable for selection in last week’s side to face Tasmania due to a suspension stemming from a Code of Behaviour issue in the Toyota Futures League fixture in Brisbane.
The 20-year-old returns to the Alcohol.Think Again Western Warriors in place of injured paceman Nathan Coulter-Nile in the side’s only change ahead of its final home game of the regular season.
Coulter-Nile suffered a minor hamstring strain during last week’s win over the Tigers.
The Warriors sit third on the Sheffield Shield table, four points behind the ladder-leading Blues and South Australian Redbacks, making tomorrow’s clash crucial in the race to the final.
WA goes on the road for its final two matches of the regular season, first heading to Queensland, before playing New South Wales at Canberra’s Manuka Oval.
The third-placed Warriors clash against NSW begins at the WACA Ground on Thursday at 10.30am WST. Live commentary is available on 91.3 Sport FM, with regular updates on Twitter @WACAmd.
