Broken wrist. At least he committed to the punch, I guess - none of this kicking over crutches like a precious diva business.
The real tragedy is that Jade Dernbach wasn't stood between him and the locker.
Silly boy.

I think it might be 20 overs per side - but don't quote me on that.

Unless it rains.
In which case it'll be 7 overs a side.

Re: Twenty20 World Cup 2014
Instead of a preliminary round of minnow-bashing ahead of 8 teams making it to the tournament proper, instead we've got a week of minnows bashing super-minnows with 10 teams in the main part of the event...

Re: Twenty20 World Cup 2014
Opening game tonight on Fox 3 at 8.10 pm - Bangers v Ghanis.
Haven't paid much attention so far, (and this has probably already been mentioned) but it seems the first 12 matches up to next weekend are qualifiers for the minnows (BD, Zim, UAE, Ire, HK, Hol, Afg, Nep), some of who had to already pre-qualify!!
If I'm reading it right only the top 2 (winners of minnow Group A and minnow Group B) go on to match it with the top 8 in 2 Groups (1 & 2) in the remaining rounds, with the semis being winner Group 1 v 2nd Group 2 and winner Group 2 v 2nd Group 1. Then game 35 (!!!) will be the Final. Â Â

Easy for the Manics against the Hounds, the hosts avoiding the biggest potential banana-skin in their preliminary group.

Did the Hounds even show up, or was that a set of puppies they sent out?

England's recent efforts have been more Cannon and Ball than Morecambe and Wise...

Not Little and Large though.
Tremlett's been given the elbow, and Jimmy Taylor has been frozen out.
