Not necessarily. There are a few SA players I would put contracts on.

Re: 2014 CA contracted players
No Doherty, no Ahmed, no Muirhead. So the future of Australia's spin lays with Elmer alone.........FFS
Re: 2014 CA contracted players
Wade goes and Haddin is flavour of the month, just as was reported in the T20 game thread that he has reverted to Haddit. Marsh is lucky, maybe Hughes too.

The whole list is 'back to the future'. Hughes & Marsh? FFS....Haddin has'nt made a score since the Ashes. The only thing Watson has done is create new & ridiculous ways of getting out. Doolan, while not setting the world on fire, did ok. Certainly other players were given more chances than him before getting dropped.
Quite frankly the sooner Invers goes, the better.
Re: 2014 CA contracted players
Agree about Doolan, he may not be the ticket but it seems odd that Marsh is preferred to him, even if he occasionally plays the shorter forms when his body is right.

I meant moreso 15 main contracts, and maybe a handful of next tier.

I was thinking of a different kind of contract.
