Are you trying to say the pitch isn't doing anything?

What chance an ABdV masterpiece to get SAf close? Unlikely on this deck, I suppose, but would be great watching.

So a test first?
The same two batsmen who started the day, finished the day.

Doctoring pitches is a subtle art as England demonstrated this summer

The pitches weren't that favourable toward our attack horace, Aus just weren't good enough to compete (which was a genuine surprise to me as I thought you'd win).
Anyway, back to this Indian/SA series, this bullshit just shows the BCCI's utter contempt for test cricket and everything it stands for. And as 1 of the 3 self-appointed cricket superpowers (OK, the only superpower along with two lapdogs) they can do as they please and everyone else can go fukk themselves.
Report us for bad pitches - do we look like we give a fukk. Do it, we dare you - we'll simply have a major huff, never host a test again and buy all of your top talent and employ them in a year-round IPL-a-thon and we'll watch and laugh as you play test cricket with a mix of county/state trundlers and over-the-hill has-beens. And your test teams will slip to the embarrassing levels of the WI - from which there may be no return.

Noble Australia and their 'good cricket wickets', that just so happen to be suited to their style of play.

Let's be fair Dan. Perth has always been a pacy, bouncy wicket which you can play good cricket on.

Off the top of my head:
Hunte & Sobers 57
Lawry & Simpson 65
Taylor & Marsh 89
Jayasuriya & Mahanama 97
S.Waugh & Blewett 97
VVS & Dravid 2001
Sanga & Jaya 2006
In fact there have been 21 instances of the same two batsmen ending the day as started it. Of course, that was in the one innings.

Thanks, but on now many of those days did 20 wickets fall?

Since 87 Perth has relied on swing with the new ball and the hope they have left enough moisture in the pitch to stop it becoming the wozzie version of the Grand Canyon
The imperfect storm flustercluck of the bad Kookaburra's , a non cracking pitch and extremely hot weather made it an awful Test

Monkey gets it wrong. Poms have ahistory of pitch doctoring. Our pitches have traditionally had unique character.

No, I deliberately worded it that way as I assumed people would know wickets had fallen.

People obviously knew wickets had fallen.
An entirely correct answer to the question you posed did not need to address that parameter.
