In context to Sydney still unproven, my dear friend.
Only because you have an unrealistic burden of proof ....Which of the versions given by India is the truth?
Please provide links to these different versions that u speak of.
As far as I know the only version is that Bhajji did not make any racist comment.

Not at all. Punter and sooking? Never. Just ask the people at Mumbai.
Anti Custer 6/9 ...nothing wrong with that wicket ...probably worth a sook

It's OK. Not as good as the NFI inplosion.

Kumble was asked what Harby said .....Violet replied " He said nothing"
Next version was the "Maa Ki" mishearing

huh..
kumble said, Bhajji did not say anything racist and not he said nothing. Something was said, that was clear to the whole world. What was in contention whether the said thing was racist or not.
Please provide evidence for your different versions. Don't just say its in the threads, thats not evidence by remote chance.
I am sure u can backup u'r posts.

But, lets leave it at that. We have a Test to watch. And lose.
Maybe India will draw it. Who knows? Even win it? I hope Punter does not win this one. Prayer on the lips? If Indians can't win this one for pride, or even draw it, then they shouldn't be playing test cricket.

Only because you have an unfair advantage of being the accuser. Then you should be able to back it with evidence. It can't come to the point where anyone can be accused of anything and the word of the accuser becomes judgement surely. This has been debated to death now friend. With so much technology available these days, something like that would have been picked up soemwhere, with so much attention to players reactions. How come the TV didn't pick anything? I Aus players 'could' pick it from a fair distance, why didn't the umpires standing close by? India has not changed to any version yet. Don't go along with page fillers that media cooks up everyday. And who would you trust buddy? Kumble or Indian media?
So let's not get down this road of thorns again and wait for what the Indian appeal results in. This debate is not required here again and again and certainly not on this thread. Can't we just stand back as well and watch the fireworks? Lets sing out Stakka Bo's single,"Here We Go Again..."

When you're asked right after/before the hearing what Bhajji said, you probably assume it's about the racist comments. It was clear to everyone both Bhajji and Symonds were having a crack at each other.

Why did it take so long to come out with the "your mother" line?
It's not racist ...it is highly abusive ...but would certainly be a defence to the charge
Had Symonds not informed him that he considered Monkey to be racial ...
Cue Blazing Saddles ...."The Sheriff is a near" ....

Did you cut and paste that from one of those threads about cricket balls which tamper with themselves?

But that means you couldn't capitalize on that? A bad pitch sure. Undeniably. But with no umpiring issues and equal chances to both sides in the low scorer, surely a fair result? Then why blame the pitch? I think it was purely Punter's ego that got hurt. Gilchrist led Aus to the series win [with two wins earlier] and Punter couldn't make his only test as captain and player count. That was where I think the sook came from. He couldn't handle his failure.

This whole forum has been down this road enough. You are neither proving anything more here nor achieving anything with it This thread is fast moving away from Ramps to Bhajji. Get back to Ramps and leave Bhajji for BCCI and ICC.

Probably right about Punter's frustration....still a substandard pitch ...like the one's in Snoozyland that India loved so much
