OK so I've now had a decent listen to the speech. Apparently his minders praised him for spending so much time on it himself, getting it just right.

If that's the case the God help us all as The Donald would seem to be illiterate. WTF does this mean for instance?

However, one of the first jobs of any Presidential aspirant is to get your supporters to get out and vote. Hillary failed miserably at that.
