I don’t see how pointing out factual inaccuracies is hankering back to Apartheid.
Actually the highlighted quote in the article is this:
Even more hopeful is the decision this February by the city of Johannesburg to adopt a first-of-its-kind inclusionary housing policy that compels private developers to make 30% of the homes in all future residential developments affordable, regardless of where they are built. Implemented properly, it could be a game-changer for the city.
Of course the author neglects to mention that Joburg is run by the DA not the ANC. That would be the same DA that the ANC routinely refers to as the “Party of Apartheid”
But let’s not let the facts get in the way.
