God damn it!! Another wicket in the last over before Lunch.
MrsR spars at a Verny outie and is gone for 38. 1-98.

Of course, last five minutes. Australia well on top though. Terrible bowling session from the hosts.
Warner certainly will be sticking it up de kock. Poor captaincy from Faf too.

So has Bancroft done enough to secure his position. A middling score; again he hasn't gone on. Was pretty edgy at times too.

Bizarro... Nigel used to refrain from comment in his precious way until after the first two innings of a test...
Maybe that is the thing that is wrong with Yarp cricket since they started playing Test cricket in the 90s.
Somehow the good schools in SA only seem to prompt a gigantic massacre choke of Yarpsvillian proportions.

Horace they're missing your mate Morkel. Smith and Wessels questioned whether Ngidi was fit enough to bowl in a three seamers attack.

Warner's half-century gives him a half-century of half-centuries, 21 of which he has converted into three figures. As I remember, the first four times he passed 50 he made a ton so that conversion rate has headed southwards ever since.

Think by the end of this series one of our bowlers will replace Rabada at the top of the rankings. He has been disappointing. He leaks too many boundaries and gets his length wrong a lot. Â Has time on his though with his youth. Maybe he needs a bowling coach.

Lazy Ooze wafts at a wide one and is gone for 4. Weak as piss.
He is not the answer at no. 3.

We need 350 again here to feel reasonably secure.
We are a wicket from falling in a heap.

Hope so, f. But our only other bat on tour is the out-of-touch Handscomb.

Doubt it, their batting is weak and our attack is much better than theirs. Had we bowled first, am convinced that they would be four down by now. Only Philander has looked likely to get wickets.

Yep, good nut. SA has bowled a little better since the break. They would need to have though.
Still Smith is due a ton.

Tweek dodges a run out by a bee's dick.
Excellent attritional cricket. Tight bowling leading to risky runs.
And now the Yarps have wasted a review on an lbw appeal against Bog.

Yes, the game running away from SA so they go for a silly review. They should have learned by now; they are very poor at them. Faf clueless today.

Smith wanted to prove that he and Faf are on a par with Watto at reviewing.

Terrible review by Smith.
We'll struggle to get 350 now unless the Bog Bros bat brilliantly.
