I had no idea this series was even happening... presumably 2 Tests?
Noddy batting 7, that’s a long tail.

Dowrich's second Test ton, and the West Indies "tail" did better than the 'batsmen', again.

Yeah, stunning effort by Dowrich and the tail.
Then the bowlers rammed home the advantage.

Looking at the WI XI, is is too fanciful to think that (apart from the useless 36 year old Devon Smith, a proven failure over 12-13 years now) they're slowly putting a decent side together?
Brathwaite, Shai Hope, Holder, and Chase are all averaging 30+ with the bat, and the first 3 at least are still 'growing'. Holder is squarely at all-rounder and captaincy level, batting 6-7, not a main bowler, though he bowls good tight spells. Dowrich seems to be a solid, stick-around keeper, capable of averaging high 20's low 30's, and batting 7. Powell is unpredictable but could be the long term solution at 3, with Hope at 4 and Chase at 5. Where's that second opener coming from? Smith clearly isn't the solution on his 12 years of accumulated performance (cue a double century in the next Test!!). Bowers seem reasonably settled with Bishoo, Roach, Gabriel, and AN Other (plus Holder and Chase).
Isn't Carlos Brathwaite the missing batting all-rounder, whose batting could be good enough if only he worked at it? Where's Jerome Taylor at?
