With the recent crazy results, the Snoozers find themselves ranked number 2. Which clearly means they will now lose at home to Bangladesh...

Bangers struggle to 200 after a good start.
NZ will get 'em in 30.

Watched the 1st session of a replay on Foxy last night. Great knock by Tamim on a green deck.

Latham unsurprisingly cashing in v a minnow.

Ross Taylor must be chuffed. All his team mates (mostly notorious minnow basher Tom Latham) cashed in against the C-Grade attack, but he managed only 4.

Since joining the test side, Shakib Al Hasan has missed a third of the away games, for various reasons.

Minnow-basher perhaps, but he would still walk into our team. And probably Australia’s as well... openers averaging 40 are like rocking horse shit these days.skully wrote:Latham unsurprisingly cashing in v a minnow.

Nah, his record against proper teams is appalling.
Meanwhile Kane Williamson helps himself to a undefeated double and the Bangers are now hurrying to an innings defeat at 4-fer. Tamim in a one-man show again at 74*.

Couple of tons in the Banger 2nd innings but they are still gonna lose by an innings.
No surprise given the Sheep kept going until they made 715. Williamson obviously wanted his double and the record for the Snoozies highest ever Test score, surpassing the 690 they made v the Wackies in Shahjah in 2014. Williamson contributed 192 that day.

Lets face it, even Dizzy made a double ton against the Bangers. If i was a recognised batsman i'd be embarrassed to claim bragging rights against the Bangers.

The Manics are no pushovers at home these days, but still lack the weapons to succeed on the road.
That said, I wouldn’t back England to rack up 700 against a village 2nd XI. NZ are a serious Test team these days, given the fragility and inconsistency of others their number 2 ranking isn’t an anomaly.
