Rugger World Cup - shout out to Big Dog.
This is the year of Worl, there is d Cups. Aside from cricket there is Netball, Basketball, womens' Soccer and Rugger.
Yesterday I was listening to Crash Craddock rate Oz's chances across each of these comps. He rated the Wallabies as the least likely of the Oz teams to win their Gilly.
So confident is he that if the Wobblies managed to win he guaranteed he would take SENs best caller of the day to the Flower Drum for a bang up lunch. So Mr Dog if a miracle happens and we beat the All Blacks or the Irish in the Final get on the phone SEN.
(The Flower Drum is a wonderful restaurant and I expect Mr Dog and Crash could demolish the menu and drain the plonk list).
Mind you Crash was very confident the Wobblies have bugger all chance of making the semis.
He was more confident about the men's cricket, Netball and Women's Soccer.

Have to agree with Crash's prediction, after all, we just canned one of our best players.

All Blacks will win this by the length of the straight.

Yeah, main question is who they will play in the final. South Africa, Wales, England and Ireland look the likeliest candidates.

Talk over here is that Chieka would like to select Will Skelton again following his recent Saracens form ( we've been playing a Test Lion - Itoje - at blindside to have the big man at lock.) He shed over 20kg of weight last summer and is an absolute monster now.
He doesn't have enough caps for selection as an o/seas player. Any of your soup sides after a top=notch lock forward?

A “not great” AB team will still more than likely walk it. SA probably the biggest threat. England probably peaked two years too soon, Ireland a year and Wales six months... would be great to see a NH finalist though.

Looks like Dylan Hartley will miss out, along with fellow veterans Chris Robshaw and Danny Care.
While Hartley may have been in decline as a player for two or three years, England will miss his leadership, with Farrell having struggled with the burden of captaincy.

Does anyone else see the irony, hopefully one day to turn into schadenfreude, in the parrot supporting a bloke who wants to see him burn it n hell? Or is he still publicly in denial?

I almost started a new thread for this, before finding these comments (thanks lads).
FMD, what a qunt Folau is!!! He's a multi-millionaire (as is his wife), he expressly went against the ARU with his homophobic twitter rants, and now he's crying poor-mouth as he seeks compensation for the loss of his rich contract due his own pig-headed idiocy. And the god-botherers are out in force to help the qunt.
To date $700K has been raised by his gofarkme (oops, gofundme) Facebook account aimed at raising funds to take the ARU to court. Fark this god-bothering prick and his greed.
He only worships one thing - the almighty dollar. Fark him, fark him all to hell (if I believed in such a thing existing - which I don't).

Re: Rugger World Cup - shout out to Big Dog.
The ARU should back down and settle
Despite the religious and anti homosexual tones the case is about employment law
It is a free choice of the dickheads contributing to his gofundme campaign ....the same as it was a free choice of all the people who got offended (on behalf of homosexuals) at him posting religious claptrap
Where is the support for liars drunks adulterers and idolaters ?

I think you forgot fornicators. And you're spot on, this shouldn't be about religion, speech, thought etc; none of which are constitutionally protected. I can also see the point that little, Irish creep has the front of Myer in this matter.

GoFundMe just pulled his campaign and are sending the money back. I sort of have problems with that.

LOL@ GoFundMe.
Happy with the initial free advertising as a result of Folau's account with them, but then the weight of public opinion turned against the god-botherer and they decided to cut their losses.
