Only ten minutes of madness cost the Yarps a decent shot at that one.

A couple of stupid errors cost the Boks 2 tries. Another referee might also have blown a few of the areas of the game differently.

France and Australia don’t look contenders so far, but it’s early days... we once lost the opener 36-0 and still made the final.

No, just let opposing teams square up to it and do something silly e.g. line dancing, Morris dancing, Macarena...taipan wrote:So time to ban the haka?

Japanese TV using animals to show the general build and qualities of players for each position.
I don't think it's too far of the mark.

And they got nowhere near it... throws that group wide open. A disastrous result for Scotland, who probably now have to beat Japan by a wide margin to stand a chance of going through. Samoa could still have a say as well.

Well, they have a Labuschagne, but no obvious evidence they’re related - seemingly born in different parts of SA, and no suggestion that the rugby player ever lived in Australia.JGK wrote:Did I read that Marnus’ brother plays for Japan?

Well that was about as much fun as the rest of the weekend. Not unexpected of course but well you can only hope.

You can't give a 26-8 lead to the World's no. 1 side and expect to win.
And our goal kicking is rubbish.
