Dismissed twice swiping across the line (and missing both times) to the leggie.

I must say, I've been enjoying watching the Shield on the CA app. Saw quite a lot of Puke and Swepson this weekend.

Has no and will never have any idea v spin. His efforts (v spin) in his only Tests for Aus in Sri Lanka were the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen from an Aus Test Cricketer (aside from DKL's Javed kick).

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2020-21
Holy Moises isn't even recent history any more. He will never look like playing for Australia again. I am a lot more concerned at the continued struggles for runs and consistency of the likes of Wrench (whose drop down the order is impossible to spin as anything but a demotion), Handscombe and Patterson.
Green was unfortunately Soylent Green the other day. sorted out by an experienced non-cannon-fodder bowler, making you wonder how many of them were bowling to him in his earlier run-fests, and Michael 'Ebba' Neser could also have chosen a better time to have a form downturn.

Geez the Spivs have a long tail.
They need 135 runs with 7 wickets in hand but Hughes and Solway at the wicket are the last 2 recognised bats.
Peter Nevill and Sean Abbott are the next in.

Jesus, Head has 137* out of the Barrels' 236.
Crabs Bancroft and Whiteman basically went this morning without adding.

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Swepson gets one to spin out of the footmarks and bowls Hughes.
Spivs 4-124.

WA declare at 5/436. Tas need 307. I expect another dramatic Tas collapse.

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2020-21
After Lyon hit 2 4s to bring scores level, he was run out ball watching.
Harry Conway had to survive 5 Swepson pills, before Abbott hit the winning run off Shrapnel.
Geez that was hard work!!! Spivs win by 1 wicket!!

The day's overs about to be completed in the Barrels v Vomits game.
Barrels hanging on by the skin of their teeth. 2 wkts left and ahead by 19 runs.
It's all about time now.

disappointing that after such a dominant performance, we couldn't win outright.

Close Nath, just could break the 8th wicket stand between Worrall and Agar in final 7 overs.
Nielsen and Scott held the Vics up for a long time.

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2020-21
Interesting start to the season, despite the draws.
Some big centuries, and plenty of 100s overall.
Some decent bowling analyses as well. Swepson's haul is of interest, in particular.

Next games start 8 Nov. The fixture (unless CA changes them again) are:
Tas v NSW
SA v Qld
Vic v WA
All games in Adelaide again.

Was it completely necessary for Handy & Madders to bat yesterday, I find myself asking myself....

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2020-21
If I was a recent (but recently out of the running) Test player, and I was captaining a team that was about a million runs ahead with about a week still to play, I might be tempted to give myself an hour to bat myself back into form (if not contention straight away), and then if I failed in that aim I might feel a bit obliged to give the next bloke in the same opportunity....just putting a Horrie to SRW spin on the matter
