The experts suggested that Gladys lockdown earlier. She then effected a Clayton's lockdown and we've seen the results.

Everyone acknowledges the Victorian situation got out of control last year but it was mainly in aged care facilities with people in our northern suburbs working multiple jobs.

Don't think there is any doubt that if NSW had have locked down earlier that there would be fewer cases. The experts are still arguing this cogently and logically.

Sco Mo has responsibility too for most of the deaths in Victoria because they nearly all occurred in aged care. Last time I checked, this is under the auspices of the Feds.

If deaths occur because of the super spreader protests, the organisers must be charged with manslaughter.

State laws need amendment to make anti-vaxxing advocacy a criminal offence with significant gaol penalties.

For this wave isn't if fark the Indians? Delta Goodrem has proven to be a handful.

The Feds now require Aged Care workers to be vaccinated. However the cretins have come up with no means of enforcement.

The evidence base suggests a percentage will unknowingly contract CV, be asymptomatic and spread it.

This means infection control in aged care must be top notch even if all residents and staff are vaccinated. I suspect the result will be diabolical as more providers choose to lock down, especially in dementia wards.

Activities, diversionary therapies and the like will be cut back.

There's one silver lining in this dickhead-limo-driver-induced covid outbreak cloud in SYdney - the tsunami of people now begging for vaccination. It really has shaken people out of hesitancy and complacency.

It just shows how misguided the ATAGI recommendation to limit AZ vaccine to over-70s was. The risk of blood clots was always so so so much smaller than the risk of catching covid, and people have seen this personally.
