Moeen Ali- 100 off 49 balls!

This guy was touted as a future England player a couple of years back, but hasnt really done anything substantial since. Loads of talent from all reports, and only 20 years old. He's the brother of Gloucs' Kadeer, and the cousin of Worcs and England seamer Kabir.

Anyone seen him play?

Yeah he started young. Maybe you're thinking of his brother Kadeer, Jay? He first played for Worcs at the age of 16 back in 1999.

All these Alis... you'd think at least one of them would turn out to be any good. Law of averages and all.

It's been a good day for the Ali's- Kadeer has also hit a century for Gloucs, albeit in twice as many balls as his younger brother.

It should me mentioned that the straight boundaries at Kidderminster are not the longest, in fact given a following breeze, dross bowling and a decent bat - I would still fancy my chances of hitting the odd six!

Unfair on Kabir - Dello, he has carried our bowling this season, and has risen to the challenge admirably as the season wore on. How he missed out on being called up to the ODI squad behind Lewis FFS! is mystifying.
