There's no racism in India
Who will believe that statement once the IPL gets underway.
From reading the inflammatory comments from the IndiaTimes website, many of the foreign players involved are set to be treated as second calss citizens.
It has the potential to be every bit as bad as, if not worse than, the racism displayed by certain quarters of the English, indeed European, or possibly global, football community before FIFA got serious about the issue.
What chance the ICC getting serious about issues - not just about raising them, but actually doing something?

FIFA got serious about the issue? LOL
The Spain manager got a slapped wrist for calling an opposition player a 'black shit'. Spain and E. Europe are positively backward feckers.

The ones posting bile on the message boards will not bother going to watch a cricket match anyway. I think.

FIFA have forced matches to be played behind closed doors, and thrown teams out of competitions.
I admit they're not uniformly serious, but at least they've taken some action occasionally, instead of folding like a house of cards every time.

Re: There's no racism in India
if one went by internet posters to judge the intentions of a country's populace in a public area all countries would seem to be populated by xenophobic, racist, sexist beasts. this forum certainly doesnt paint a pretty picture for most countries
