Powell seems to have lost it. Can't control the swing, going for lots of wides.

Ramdin doing a fine job behind the stumps. Contrasts with some other 'keepers I can think of.
Powell giving it away in wides here.

Why do bowlers not go for the blockhole from ball one?
The first 6 overs here are like the last 10 of any ODI

Sniff out. Fair play. Plenty to come though. Can't believe they got so wayward.
Re: SA v WI, T20 WC, Johannesburg, 11th Sept
I turned the TV off after 2 overs thinking SA are out of it esp with Smith and his hand, fire up the computer and SA scored 50 runs in 3 overs!:o
So i'm going back down to watch.

Danny he's awful.
He's a clown but he's light-hearted. Perfect for T20, where the intricacies don't need to be acknowledged.
It's Bhogle trying to be 'hip' and ''effervescent' for the Twenty 20.

On runs, SA are about level with WI at the end of the PP. But SA have lost 1 wicket.

It's alright, they just said he had tooth surgery today and may still be whacked out on the laughing gas.
Bravo's an excellent fielder but WTF he was doing thereI don't know. Don't let crazy Hershey off.

But having got there and had the ball go into his hands, it ended up being a bad drop.

Dwayne Smith is a bonafide idiot. Why he always gets in the side ahead of Darren Sammy I will never know.

I reckon Gayle & Bravo bowling the last 8 overs in tandem should be too much for SA
