CA should allow fans to have their photo taken with all that silverware as well . . . as a payback for supporting Australia through the 80s . . .

Where's the Commenwealth Bank Series International Triangular Shield though? The big one. Look at that tear forming in the corner of Ricky's eye.
Not so smug now are you?

Yep, shattered by losing that one . . . fair dos, England are a superb OD team and the way they followed up that victory with their display in the WC was awesome . . .

Sure are.
A similar picture of Michael Vaughan / Paul Collingwood / Andrew Flintoff / Andrew Strauss posing with the Commenwealth Bank Series International Triangular Shield, The Wisden Trophy, The Supa-Dupa Mini 20/20 Wisden Trophy (shared) and the Curvey Bally NatWest Trophy Series Thingy would put that picture of Ricky to shame.
Re: It's good to be an Aussie
But surely the aussies don't play for the Bhogle/Atherton trophy?

Odd that the Ashes is the only bilateral trophy in the photo...but then again, it's really the only one that really matters.

Re: It's good to be an Aussie
To be honest doremi I don't think the Aussies will ever have sufficient cricketing pedigree to win the England v India test sereis trophy. They're just not good enough.
Re: It's good to be an Aussie
Yeah, I reckon they'd take a flukey 1-0, got the best of the conditions win to that 5-0 thrashing any day of the week.

Sheeesh ... Not the England vs India Trophy, that's the MAK Pataudi trophy. Every touring team gets the chance to win the NPOWER trophy, which you see is in Karthik's hands.

Re: It's good to be an Aussie
I dunno. We tried long and hard to win back Frank, and man, it was one of the best days of my life when we did. I vividly remember calling RD and saying "Tugga, legend" after his magnificent 200 in the final Test in 1995 - at the beginning of the work day. RD's response was "Pistol, legend". I had gone to bed and missed Paul Reiffel ripping out 3 Windians (including BCL to one of the worst lbw decisions ever) and virtually sealing the regaining of Frank for us.
Good times.
Good times.
