Bit of a mixed bag though, Horatio, and from different times. Not sure it would stand up in a court of law.

He was able to push the runs along when he chose to. He wasn't exactly "set in his ways", like some. I have an impression he was scoring pretty freely (not like Haydos or Slats, say, but then they were unusual) by the time he was dumped.

The attack on Clarke ... well, stupid team ditties, Clarkey rushing off to get back to La Bingle and getting arsey ... not all one-sided.
