Season Finale
Official Blurb: The team is called upon to aid a search-and-rescue operation during an emergency. House ends up staying to help a woman trapped beneath the rubble who has to choose whether she will sacrifice her imprisoned leg if she wants to live.
The verdict from the Imperial Palace of Zog: Excellent episode. Very much in the tradition of House. Leaves a couple of storylines hanging well up in the air for next season. Ends (I think anyway) another storyline that has long given me the sh!ts. And the ending? Well, close to something I predicted a few weeks back, but as always a great twist to it.

S06E21 - Help me - Quality with a Capital Q.

- Epi starts with House giving Cuddy a gift (her Grandfather's book on the Abdomen) as a house-warming (she's moving in with Lucas).
A crane collapses on a building and buries heaps apparently after the crane driver fell asleep. House at the scene immediately recognises that the driver has some neurological problem and is about to head back to the Hospital to work on his case. Cuddy says "bullsh!t, you're staying here to help". So House sends Foreman back to oversee the crane driver's case.
House finds one survivor Hanna, with a trapped and crushed leg and befriends her after putting her at ease. The rescuers and Cuddy want to amputate her leg but House says he can save her and her leg. Things go wrong with the rescue and they can't get her out. House still won't relent and allow amputation until Cuddy has had enough and after telling House that her and Lucas are engaged and she doesn't love House, then gives him a spray about what a pr!ck he is and how he is a miserable lonely bastard because he hung onto his own leg. House sees the light, and convinces Hanna to allow her leg to be taken, which he dutifully does. Cuddy sees a different side of House.
On the way back to the hospital Hanna deteriorates and dies after a fat embolism goes to her heart, due to House waiting too long to take off her leg. He beats himself up and heads back to his apartment to hit the stash of Vicodine behind his bathroom mirror.
13, who showed up late for the case on the crane driver (who had a cyst on his spine, causing his syptoms), puts a letter on House's desk asking for time off. Seems her Huntington's is deteriorating.
Just as House is gonna down his drugs, Cuddy shows up, tells him she's dumped Lucas and she really does love House. House checks if he's hallucinating or not, drops the pills and kisses Cuddy. So it looks like some serious Huddy in S7.

I thought the finale was a pretty good episode, up until the end, when Cuddy and House hooked up. That's just a load of rubbish..... those two should never be together!! Now we'll have to deal with that stupid storyline all next season, unless of course it was all just a drug-induced dream or something!
