Every 5 minutes? Bit of an exaggeration, but whatever floats your boat.
Every 5 mins is quite an acceptable exaggeration - you knew I wasn't being literal. Dodged a bouncer there Tim, by way of faux-casualness. Well done sir.

Not sure why you'd GAF, to be honest.

Um the date of registering tells a tale. I would guess most registered safety ID's after the C4 experience.

I don't particularly GAF. I just think that if it were another person being Tim in this situation, Tim would give him/her a few digs or 'whatnot'.
I don't mean to victimise you.

OK Timothy. I didn't mean to hurt you. You should be flattered. I was doing to you what you'd do to others.

I used to have long, raucous work lunches in the St Ives in Hobart, until they threw us out and banned us. And I still don't know why 'cause I was away that week.JGK wrote:I used to live in St Ives in Sydney.
(Well, it's in Sandy Bay, actually, but that's more or less Hobart. 'Tis as much Hobart as Toorak is Melbourne.)

Re: St Ives
Well St Ives in Sydney is the paradigm of white collar suburbia in the North Shore of Sydney. Nothing happens there and the locals love that fact.

No, the lunches we had at the Aberfeldy and the Wheatsheaf were longer, louder and more raucous, so I'd have probably used one of them.taipan wrote:So now we know who it is.freddled gruntbuggly wrote:I used to have long, raucous work lunches in the St Ives in Hobart, until they threw us out and banned us. Or the Sandy Bay Yacht Club, out of which we were also thrown (much to the dismay of our accountant, who was the member who signed us all in ), and I do know why for that one 'cause it was a teensy bit to do with the . . . intimacy . . . between myself and one of the lads . . .

No, I have only posted under one name, which is why I was annoyed by the Pixie crap. It was a logical assumption given the registration dates.
You on the sick?

Uh-huh - only posted under one name. Doesn't mean your "safety ID" isn't one of these mysterious lurkers.
Re: St Ives
As I was going to St Ives
I met a man with seven wives
And every wife had seven sacks
And every sack had seven cats
And every cat had seven kits
Kits, cats, sacks, wives
How many were going to St Ives?
Thank you. I recommend the fish.

Okay, try this one.
As I was going up the stair,
I saw a man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today -
I wish to fcuk he'd go away.
