Re: Bung 3.0
I did that several times but every time I entered start date 1 July 2001 - end date 31 Oct 2005 (the period I used for Bung 2.0) it gave me his record from the beginning of his career to 30 Oct 2005. Oh well

Re: Bung 3.0
Steyn in the Bung 3.0 period has a superior average and strike rate. Lee is consistently quicker, but I think Steyn has a greater ability to produce jaffers.

Erm thanks Trev. I wasn't comparing Bung to anyone but himself. Merely a comment on how his hard work appears to be paying off.
But don't let that stop you saying "oo look, I've found someone better than an Aussie" if it makes you feel better.

I agree. So you didn't change anything but those dates? I thought maybe I had to change his age as well or something. Anyway, thanks again. The One wrote:??? weird

Re: Bung 3.0
I'm not actually saying that Steyn is better than Lee. I honestly can't split them. Lee is more consistent with his line and length, and is quicker. Steyn is more of a scatter gun, but has a greater ability to produce wicket taking balls.

I would say that at the respective stages of their careers Steyn is better. Doesn't mean he will continue like that.

No. Though I did blow Fergal Sharkey round the back of 'Decades' the other week. Don't tell Matt.

Steyn has a long way to go before he gets 290 wickets. Whether he'll stay this good till then, is debatable and only time can give a definite answer. But if he keeps up his form till then, we'll surely be witnessing a legend, I suppose!!
