The ship-shaped thing above his mouth that they've used to define his nose and mouth area is like one of those pictures where you have to squint to see the secret image. Now, once you concentrate on the shape of that thing, you can never go back to seeing it the way it was and it just looks like a ridiculous, arbitrary shape on his face.
