September 19th.
Misbah-ul-Haq is the younger brother of former Pakistan Test captain Inzamam-ul-Haq. He recently credited his lean physique to childhood games of cricket played in the back garden with his brother. Whilst Inzamam would bat for hours, Misbah would do all the running.
Misbah once ran 16324m in a single hour as Inzamam compiled 232 as well as consuming 3 mutton kormas, 4 chapatis, a sheermal, 2 shishleeks, 5 gulab jamuns and an ibex goat tikka (Misbah used to fetch his food as well).

Re: September 19th.
Didn't he also build Inzi's "big chair", selflessly sacrificing his own double bed and refrigerator for the materials?

ps what's a "sheermal" and a "shishleek"?!!! no self-respecting Pakster would overlook nihari 'n naan or haleem 'n naan for lunch (for strength)

Re: September 19th.
A sheermal is a milky 'vital food' served in marriages (ooh er), whilst shishleeks are grilled baby lamb chops (usually from the leg) typically marinated.
Did I know this already? Or did I copy all the funny sounding names directly from wikipedia? I'll let you be the judge of that...!
