Taipan,

None of his injuries are serious BUT in the long run they will affect his batting. Secondly his technique is not very good and once he loses his form he will take a lot of time to get back to his best.

One good(great) thing about him is his tremendous mental strength.

The point is that to have played 73 tests by the age of 27 shows he hasn't missed many.
