Re: VoR's Test Rankings
Looks about right, though I would rank England above New Zealand seeing as we've just beaten them twice.

Re: VoR's Test Rankings
India is better than the Lankans (even though we were beaten comprehensively) and I'd put the WIndies above NZ, otherwise the rankings are pretty accurate.

Re: VoR's Test Rankings
we should beat NZ early next year which will take us to joint 2nd.
who have SA not beaten - SL?
as stated before, a home series is vastly different to an away series. beating SL at home is much easier than beating them away. out of 18 would be more accurate imho.

Re: VoR's Test Rankings
I think Zimi has a variation on these rankings that include home and away series.

My rankings
1- SA
2- AUS(South)/ India(North)
4- SL
5- ENG
6- WI
7- NZ
8- BAN
PAK and ZIM haven't played enough cricket to be judged but if i was FORCED to rank PAK then i would put them at # 5(equal with ENG) and ZIM at # 10.

Re: VoR's Test Rankings
Bangladesh should be given an ultimatum.
Win or draw atleast one test series against a top 8 side.
Or its over.

Is that a bit like F*ck, Marry, Kill? But with cricketing.
Re: VoR's Test Rankings
I reckon a vote at the ICC table could be bought for that.DJ_Smerk wrote:Bangladesh should be given an ultimatum.

Ironically, the country that would sell the series would never approve of such an ultimatum in the first place, as they already have that vote in their pocket after supporting the BD entry to Tests.
