Graham Napier - still not worth a go in ODI/T20?
Especially given the 5-0 reverse in India, do we lose anything by giving him a go? Maybe he's a late bloomer at 28/29 - I fear we'll never know.
Currently playing for Wellington in the NZ domestic one day tournament he's currently NZ's most valuable player with 15 wickets @ 12!

I'd throw him into the mix - certainly ahead of Colly, Dinga, LukeSussex and the Dim Mascharanes ...
With the ICC T20 championship coming up in June, I'd rope in the other T20 big hitting specialists ... kids and all .... what's to lose ... the subis already have one hand on the bleedin' cup.

Why not. Give him a go.
I watched his T20 innings of 150 last year and it was an awesome display of hitting. Just brutal. Seems a decent-ish death bowler too, can bowl full and straight at will.
Could even give him a bash at #3, see if we can actually get some runs in the Powerplays....

Jonathan Trott was the leading batsman in NZ domestic cricket a couple of season back - I'm not sure the competition is of the highest standard.
This a country where Jamie How, Grant Elliot and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man... ... are the star turns.

Yeah, granted - but I did hear Strauss say their one day stuff over there was stronger than here even if they County Champs is far stronger.
Apparently he's going to miss the first few weeks of our season as he's being lined up by Mumbai in the IPL (FFS!)
Perhaps we'll get a better idea then...

You could do worse than having Napier, Bops AND Dimi in the OD team.
