The shortest ever Test match was between Sri Lanka and India in Kandy, 1993.

All bar 50 minutes of the match were rained out.

How long did the match at Sabina Park last? The one that was abandoned when they discovered rather than preparing a pitch the groundsman had just sprinkled sawdust shavings, dust and rusty nails over a 22 yard area.
