Dwayne Bravo has made his comeback from ankle surgery playing a 20-20 for the Queens Park Club in Port of Spain. He made 126 not out as his team got 189.
I don't think he bowled during this match, but I'm not sure.
Any chance for the last test or are they keeping him for the JAMODIs?

I'm pretty sure they will wait until he has played an FC match for T & T before selecting him, and so it will be the JAMODI's.

Fred out of the last test too, flying home for some treatment

Whats the point of flying back for the JAMODIS - just get yourself right man.

Depends if we are happy to sacrifice that series 5-0 I guess. Might improve to 4-1 if he plays...JKLever wrote:Fred out of the last test too, flying home for some treatment

Who is England's new, introspective safety-first Number 4?

It looks gorgeous in Bridgetown, I wish it would hurry up and get warm here.

Kev out LBW. He's gone feeble and Bellish on us.

KP has problems against Fidel, I have never seen him so late on deliveries and so far on the backfoot, even when Brett Lee was bowling 95mph plus.

Why did he go for the referral?

Now time for Bops to show us what he's made of. Not a great deal to follow, with all due respect to Broad and Swann (Ambrose is lucky if he gets to come in above those two).

I think he inside edged it, there just wasn't clear-cut evidence that he did. May as well have a go, rather than hang onto them and waste them on tailenders who weren't going to get many more runs anyway.eowyn wrote:PeterCS wrote:Kev out LBW. He's gone feeble and Bellish on us.

Thanks, beamer and you're right better to try and keep a real batsman in.

This is not going well. The pitch is excellent for batting, but if we had fielded at all well England would have been all out for 400 ish. If we do not bat well when our turn comes it is going to be big trouble.

Good morning session and a chance for RaviBo to make a significant knock after Lunch...
KP has looked totally out of touch tbh, probably a good sign he's still been getting 40's & 50's whilst doing so.

Bopara was extremely lucky to get through Edwards spell, I thought he looked very uncomfortable and was not controlling his hook and pull shots at all.
Against all the other bowlers he has looked extremely good though so I'd be very surprised if he didn't get a century.

I think Bopara has looked classy in this knock so far.

He looks to me like he is going to be a beater of bad bowling, and that he will score quite quickly. I think I am going to enjoy watching him bat against teams not named West Indies
On the evidence so far, he has some work to do against the short ball though.

He's what I call an uber-relaxed batsman. When he creams a hundred he makes it look easy. Wouldn't be so classy looking if Taylor had held that catch...

He hooked one short ball for six, and another one for four. Everyone gets hit now and then going for the pull shot.
