Infact I do not think any Brit or Welsh forummer was ever in negative except merlin for a bit.

No aus forummer either was in negative, except Bradders who was symbolically at -1.

so basically rep buttons just reflected the numerical active majority of certain groups on the forum.
and didn't mean that the person with 20+ reps was not a qunt.

which defeated the basic purpose of reps imo.
