Re: Whats the story with the Reputation Buttons?
Erm, I think you'll find Vikas, that you pleaded to be left alone. I was bored with your constant crying so gave you some space, but you thought you'd be a big man and have a few pot shots.
My work here is done. Some of us have to do some real work tomorrow, not answer call centre phones. Night Diddums.
This is you, Vikas.

Still trying to get the 'last word' in? Seriously, have you really 'baited' me well enough?
2 things:
1] I don't work in a call center you racist if that is your insinuation.
and
2] What kind of a loser are you wasting so much time and space after 'loser' like me?

Re: Whats the story with the Reputation Buttons?
I've just noticed the message option. Is that different to PMs and can everyone see them?

Re: Whats the story with the Reputation Buttons?
I think that is short-cut to normal PM. I was referring to the PM that friends can leave as visitor messages. But those are public.

I just sent BM one, so it's nothing to do with PMs.

ok, so you can send but not receive. Well that's atleast 50% of normal service restored.

Oh yeah! I can't see the option you're on about though as my work block as much as possible!

Are you sure?buckSH wrote:ok, so you can send but not receive. Well that's atleast 50% of normal service restored.
Try again. I'm not talking about PMs, I'm talking about the message option, under statistics. Don't really see the point of them though, and I think everyone can see them.

ok I didn't know that. Checked it.
It doesn't allow me to post visitor messages on your profile.

you could always scramble up the words and send the codes to each other. So visitor's wouldn't have a clue.

Ladies and gentlemen, there comes a point when all must accept that a thread has reached such epic heights of boredom that it should DIE - forthwith.

Re: Whats the story with the Reputation Buttons?
The 'message' thing to which you refer is a system whereby you can communicate with 'friends' off the main baord. You have bucky as a 'friend' on your profile. You and he can message each other to heights untold.Demelza wrote:I've just noticed the message option. Is that different to PMs and can everyone see them?

Seems one can message anyone, not just "friends" and, you know me, Zat, I'll accept anyone, even you.Zat wrote:The 'message' thing to which you refer is a system whereby you can communicate with 'friends' off the main baord. Well it seems you can. There's also a 'visitor message' thing, which seems to do the same thing, albeit in a slightly more limited way. Maybe Jay knows more.Demelza wrote:Seems one can message anyone, not just "friends" and, you know me, Zat, I'll accept anyone, even you.
Do us all a favour, keep messaging your mate bucks. The more he messages you, the less time he has to poison the forum for the rest of us.

I don't think I'm able to receive any, but I think I'll be able to cope.
