What is it about Poms and their fondness for ordinary players?

He played 32 tests from 1/1/90 to 1995. That's enough to earn selection for my money.philcric wrote:Zat,
Martin Crowe can't get in as he hardly played in the 90s. Same for players like Imran and Viv Richards.

Some tough choices. Sehwag over Tendulkar because of the lack of quality openers. Lara and Ambrose was very close, but went for BCL since the pace bowling was already strong with McGrath, Donald and Wasim. No TGM, mainly because I felt a combination of Ponting/Murali > Sangakarra/Warne.
