How un-Australian. What's more, I've never seen him near sobbing so much than the Ashes '05 series. He was a maudlin banjo knuckle-dragger then.
Re: Nothing beats beating India . . .
"You put any 12 blokes together and you'll get a job done. Whether it's getting a bogged four-wheel-drive off the beach or standing in front of a cricket wicket and making sure we're in a dominant position. It's the same dog, different leg action, so to speak. I think it shows an insecurity to do anything else other than that. All it really does is just amp up the intensity of the way we play our cricket. It's a good thing for us."
What?
What?

"I think it's one of the greatest misconceptions of this side ever, that it's aggressive."
LOL. Yep, just 12 mates, strolling out, having a good old fashioned swear at 2 Indians.

Bless him, he's trying to speak English. He'll be shaving his back and using tools next. It seems like just yesterday he was picking the nits out of Andrew Symond's hair and eating them. In fact, it may well have been yesterday, but you know what I mean.

I think he really wanted to say
"You put any 12 blokes together in the shower, washing penal chords at the same time and you'll get a 'job' done. Whether it's getting scrubbed off by the bloke standing next to you or noshed off by the bloke standing in front of you and making sure they're in a dominant position. Geez you blokes are insecure . . . you all wish you were half as good as Haydos, so can't help but run the poor lad down.

Now he's saying it's ok for a guy to take illegal drugs and keep playing..... But only if the player does it just once and is an Aussie who is as stupid as Warney-

I dunno, Zatty, seems pretty fair to me. Do we want sportsmen rubbed out for a single incident . . . especially considering the fact that most of them are thrown a shedload of cash but not much guidance on how to cope with the lifestyle?

Suits me.
Or at least a suspension first up.
The AFL drug code has been next to useless.

If Shane Warne played any other sport professionally other than cricket his ban would have been a lot longer than 1 year.

Re: Nothing beats beating India . . .
The AFL drug code would work IF players were caught every time they used drugs ...but they aren't ...and the players know which drugs to use and when they are likely to be tested ...and so only the really stupid get caught ...
Even someone as stupid as Cousins has still never tested positive ......
