And the players who have been stupipd enough to get caught have had what punishment handed to them? Anonymous counselling... There are reports that some players have tested positive twice, but they still haven't been suspended, even though, by your logic, they must be really, really stupid.

Dick Pound was too busy pounding his dick IMO. If they'd found steroids in Warney's sample, then at leaast two years. Life wouldn't have particularly bothered me.

So what Hayden's basically saying is that all people who use steroids, like Shoaib, should also remember to follow it up with a course of diuretics so no-one can detect the steroids, thereby avoiding a longer ban if caught. Yes, that sounds smart.
