Highlights of the last two weeks (and the next one) please.
Hello FBers,
Way too busy working away from home at the moment to be bothered reading through what seems to be the usual FB BS.
If there's been anything exciting in the past fortnight, or if anything exciting comes up in the next week, please put something about it here.
If I come back here when I get back, it'll save me a heap of time.
Ta,
Z.
PS, I don't need anyone to point out that the forum uber-racist Mudge is stil trying to make up for his disgraceful display of a few weeks ago by pretending to be outraged by the HHIS stuff.

FFS, this place is farked. I haven't been here for a fortnight, and threads with new material only just make it on to page 3...
And that includes a lot of threads that had been lardied.

Apparently, the English killed the Irish by feeding them too many potatoes, grown by the Norman French. Or something like that...

Which was a good result for all parties, except (maybe) the Brisbane Lions and (definitely, again, they're having a particularly crap run at the moment) the 'In The Know' crowd who spent right up to about 12.30 on Friday smirking knowingly at each other....

So the rumoured Judd "it's either him or me" ultimatum has some truth

Re: Highlights of the last two weeks (and the next one) please.
The forum has been steady for a month or so now, with only maintenance to momentarily stem the flow of posting. In Dello's eyes 'it's on its arse', but I think its mainly due to sensible and sane posting.
Also, I never really noticed the TBing business and as far as I'm aware there aren't many big off-topic threads roaming around at the moment.
No sh!tfests to call of either. Cricket brings out the best in everyone in this place.

Only 3 of the top 10 threads, as I post this, are cricket related.

Close....'it's either him or us' would have been even closer, 'us' comprising not just il capitano but also Murph, Gibbs, Eddie B and a handful of lesser lights, and maybe the coach as well, and according to one story at one stage late Friday morning Carlton tried to throw Richard Hadley (who early in trade week had floated the idea of returning to the Lions) into the deal for extra leverage, but Sir Dick wasn't having a bar of it.

Good times. Zog was away for 2 weeks so asked for a summary of what had happened in that time. Nobody answered. Sums the joint up really.

A fair summary. Should have been written in Ancient Greek, though.
